Information Collected and Stored Automatically
Our web server collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by World-Wide Web server software. Specifically, for each http request received, the date and time, the originating IP address, the object requested, and the completion status of the request is collected and saved. We analyze these logs to help us understand traffic patterns to and in our site, gather statistics that may be of value to us in improving the site, and to aid in order fulfillment and customer service.
E-mail submitted to us is usually deleted after its purpose has been fulfilled, but some letters may be retained and included in a Testimonials page. If you provide us with personal information in e-mail, we use that information to respond to your message. We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to you, including retaining the minimum data needed for future mailings to you. We do not collect information for commercial marketing.
Hours of Operation and Contacting UsFull Throttle Camping (FTC) doesn't usually keep regular office hours, especially when we're at rallies or out riding. However, we try to be as accessible as possible, checking email as often as we can (usually several times a day), taking calls when we're getting a signal, and listening to voice mail at every opportunity. U.S. SALES ONLYThe FTC website sells and ships products only within the United States. However, special arrangements can be made for overseas shipments. Email us for information.
Return & Refund PolicyWe want you to be fully satisfied with your FTC purchase, and if you aren't, we aren't either. Contact us about any dissatisfaction and we'll either provide what it takes to make it right or let you know how to return the product(s) for a full refund. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Requests for return/refund of opened/used items must be made within sixty (60) days of delivery. Beyond sixty days, requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Please note that we do not accept the return of damaged items unless the damage is under the manufacturer's warranty.
NOTE: FTC recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to FTC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Manufacturer WarrantyFTC deals with companies that stand behind their products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any item, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If you have difficulty pursuing a warranty claim, please contact us. We will be very happy to help you, and in some cases will honor the manufacturer's warranty even if they do not.
Sales TaxApplicable sales tax will be charged on orders sent to residents of Washington State.
Payment MethodYou may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, FTC obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing does not occur until your order ships. FTC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
FTC requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.
FTC often extends special pricing to rally attendees who shop on-line within a specified period after the rally. A rally coupon (password) is given to rally attendees when they visit the FTC booth. Inputting the coupon at check-out on the website automatically calculates a predetermined discount. Coupon pricing is also available on phone orders.
Shipping OptionsAt this time, FTC's online store offers FedEx Ground shipping at a flat rate of $10. Contact us about other shipping options. We will certainly try to accommodate any request (overnight, 2-day, other carriers) for an additional charge.
Your Shipping Address
If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to receive your package. We are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left FTC's warehouse. FedEx does not require signature receipt of packages unless specifically requested, and will leave your package at your doorstep. Risk of loss will pass to you on delivery.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply. The cost of orders cancelled after returning to us as undeliverable will be refunded, less actual shipping costs.
Order ProcessingFTC makes every effort to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, but the actual shipment date is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time. Warehouse processing will not begin until payment processing (payment or authorization) is completed. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability, and we cannot guarantee shipping within 48 hours. We're motivated to meet and exceed your highest expectations, and we will keep you informed about any delays in shipping. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
Product AvailabilityOrder lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
FTC makes every effort to ship your product within 48 hours lead time. The lead time is in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal holidays. Lead time will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. PST.
A FedEx tracking number will be supplied to you in order to track your shipment after it leaves our warehouse. Shipping time is determined by the carrier.
